An enchanting tiny home that has been decked out with delightful “Alice in Wonderland”-themed decor is offering up a bargain opportunity to step through the looking glass and into a property that holds a whole new world behind its doors.

And if the whimsical design of the pint-sized property isn’t enough to lure you in, perhaps its intriguingly affordable price tag of just $215,000 will do the trick.

Located in Indianapolis, the adorable abode catches the eye even from a distance, thanks to its pretty pink facade, further emphasized by a sign that reads “Almost Alice.”

Black and white checkered stairs lead up to dual pink front doors that open up to the playful interior. A cheery living room has pink ceilings, floral wallpaper, and hardwood floors.

Almost every turn offers a surprising detail.

A closet boasts a magical looking glass. The cute kitchen with white cabinetry and black countertops boasts another black and white checkerboard floor, as well as roses that hang from the ceiling in an apparent nod to the Queen of Hearts.

The whimsical dining room features walls of clocks in various sizes and time displays while teacups dangle from the ceiling.

Artificial grass walls lining the hallway in a nod to the fabled forest lead to a Tulgey Wood-inspired bedroom.

The delightfully dreamy pink abode with “strong rental potential” known as Almost Alice is being offered with all of the quirky furnishings for a turnkey opportunity, but the “seller is open to removing and returning the home to a clean, neutral finish prior to closing.”

Built in 1926, the one-bedroom home offers just 676 square feet of uniquely themed space customized by James Rae Designs led by Jaimie Rae and Ashley Zeirnke.

The interior designers have become known for turning traditional spaces into themed experiences, “but this project was something more personal,” says listing agent Nick Cannon of United Real Estate.

Jaimie had always envisioned transforming a home into a “non-children’s Alice in Wonderland rental,” but with a more immersive twist.

When her partner, Josh Heldman, found the perfect property, they were able to transform the home into a fairytale space, turning it into a one-of-a-kind experience.

The very affordable dwelling, boasting everything from coffee-stained pages of Alice in Wonderland books and real pocket watches to teacups, custom branches, and hand-sculpted pieces, does come with a small hurdle.

“The home had a sewer line break that happened in August 2025,” he noted. “It sat all winter, but the sellers are planning to fix it for the next owner.”

Recent major improvements include an updated kitchen, renovated bathroom, and new mechanicals.

“It’s also affordably priced because it is just a one-bedroom home,” Cannon said. “It’s going to take a specific buyer.”

“I think the next buyer will be someone who will use it as an investment property for short-term rentals,” he said. “All of the furnishings convey with the sale.”

“They put a lot of heart and soul into it,” he said. “This isn’t just a themed Airbnb, it’s a fully immersive world where imagination takes over and every detail and corner of the house tells a story, leading you further down the rabbit hole.”
