Supermodel Kendall Jenner has proudly unveiled the jaw-dropping results of a gut renovation on a bathroom inside her California home—just three months after she revealed that she had completed work on a custom-built dwelling in Wyoming.
Jenner, 30, who owns two homes in the Golden State and another remote property out West, took to her Instagram Stories to show off before-and-after photos of the space.
In the first photo, which was captioned “bathroom reno,” Jenner captured a gutted room that had been taken down to the studs, with the home’s wooden framing visible in the absence of completed walls.
Her next snap revealed a very different picture, showing the completed bathroom space, which boasts a chic marble vanity, double mirrors, and his-and-hers sinks, with a simple sconce light mounted on the wall.
In the background of the flick, it appeared as though her shower now boasted a green printed pattern with a velvet pink curtain.
“All done,” she captioned the image of the finished bathroom.
While Jenner did not share which of her homes the renovation had taken place it, it’s likely that the work was being done at one of her California residences—given that work on the build for her Wyoming property was only completed at the end of last year.
It may be that “The Kardashians” star has decided to carry out work on her most recently acquired property, a stunning equestrian estate in Montecito, where Oprah Winfrey also has a mansion.
Jenner quietly snapped up the enormous 6-acre property for $23 million in February 2025, adding it to her already impressive portfolio.
The equestrian enthusiast has since revealed only minor glimpses inside the property, sharing a series of images of her holiday decorations in December.
Her other home in California is located in Beverly Hills and was purchased by the fashion star for $8.6 million in 2017. She has since carried out a dramatic renovation on the dwelling.
Despite boasting a very successful career as a model, Jenner has made no secret of her passion for home design, previously admitting that she had been tempted to leave behind the glitz and glamour of her life in front of the cameras to decorate other people’s properties.
Jenner opened up about her love of the “simple life” alongside best friend and fellow runway star Gigi Hadid, 31, in a wide-ranging interview with Vogue in September 2025.
The conversation about her new life began when she revealed that she wasn’t interested in filming the Hulu show “The Kardashians,” and instead found much more joy in building her Wyoming home.
“It’s not my biggest cup of tea,” Jenner admitted.
Hadid chimed in, “She’s one of the only people that I would let design a house for me.”
Her best friend’s comment got Jenner excited about her future home design plans.
“I swear to God, I’m going to stop everything and just design homes. I’m not kidding,” she said, not revealing where exactly in the West her home is being built.
“I love my space in L.A., but I also really love the simple life. I like getting up every morning and throwing on a bathing suit or sweatpants and no makeup and just being free with my day,” she added.
Jenner continued: “I think about the future a lot, but I try not to overplan because you know I’m a planner.”
Hadid also revealed that she too has struggled with overplanning in her life.
“I can get very tunnel vision if I make just one goal, and I’ve taught myself more to just be open to whatever comes.”
Jenner ultimately built a home in Wyoming and proudly unveiled the “top secret” mountain sanctuary that she had built from the ground up to serve as her perfect escape from the bright lights of Hollywood—and where she one day hopes to raise a family.
